Quella che vedete qui nel post è l'illustrazione di copertina di "NIENTE DI UMANO", la novelette illustrata scritta da Beatrice La Tella e edita da Moscabianca Edizioni a cui ho avuto il piacere di lavorare in questi ultimi mesi.
"Niente di Umano" è il primo volume della nuova collana "Cuspidi" curata da Diletta Crudeli, che al momento include altre due storie illustrate.
Che dire... dipingere le misteriose e inquietanti scene immaginate da Beatrice è stato veramente fantastico, sono decisamente felice del risultato finale. Spero di aver reso giustizia alla sua storia, che mi catturata sin dalla prima pagina.
All'interno del volume troverete tavole completamente inedite insieme ad alcune illustrazioni che ho ridipinto/corretto in occasione di questa pubblicazione.

the illustration you see here is the cover for "Niente di Umano", the illustrated novel written by Beatrice La Tella and published by Moscabianca Edizioni I've been working on in the past few months. The book is currently only available in italian, and I don't know if an English version is ever going to be published. I still wanted you to know I'm extremely excited about this project, this is the first time I illustrate an entire novel, and working with Beatrice has been such a gratifying experience! I immediately fell in love with her story and I had tons of fun painting the scenes she so masterfully described. The volume showcases both new illustrations (like the one you see here) and older works you might be more familiar with if you've been following my account in the past two to three years.
